10 Months| Avery

Baby Girl don't fret, I promise I don't dress you like a boy too often! This outfit was gifted to you & handmade by some of your Uncles friends in China {I'm Serious!} Plus, it was bedtime & your cute in really anything you have on!

Your 10 months (not so) little one! This month was huge. You now have 6 teeth & your next 2 bottom ones are in clear sight. I hope they don't give you as much trouble as your top 2 did. Those teeth caused a lot of pain, many sleepless nights & a very, very unhappy little girl. 

You clearly look more & more like your Daddy everyday! You are risky, wild & determined! You are now taking 4,5,6, & sometimes 7 steps on your own! I have no doubt you will be a pro walker by your first birthday. You have really taken love to this new found freedom.  However, at this stage I actually dread taking you out to eat. You really hate sitting still. I hope this changes...sooner than later!

You are officially off the bottle too! You are {currently} happy drinking from your sippy cup: straw or spout! We have only 2 that you will drink from, but I'm not going to be picky! This makes car rides & bedtime a lot less stressful. Since the bottle is gone, you are eating more solids & much more dependant on following a routine for your meals/snacks. You are starting to drink juice & water throughout the day more & less formula.

This month is kinda a big deal baby girl, Your Momma is officially becoming a Mrs.

You already know how much your mom & dad love each other, but I'm joining your last name club! I can't wait to get you into your little dress & dance with you at our wedding. Your going to be just darling, thinking about it makes my heart explode with happiness!

  It's true, each day is something different, new, & exciting with you. I'm sure you will surprise us once again with all your new developments & expressions in your 10th month of life!

Help A Mom Out.

This little princess right here...

is obsessed with her bottle! We thought we had her tricked by taking her pacifier away early when she was so dependant on that, but she quickly transitioned to using her bottle as a soother. I'm talking big time people; she has been gradually becoming more & more reliant on the bottle & I need to make a change now! I started to notice it more once we transitioned her to formula only. She can go through a container in 4 days. Shes almost 10 months old, this is a bit ridiculous. I keep telling myself "she is hungry, let her have the bottle" Since she does not eat much at each meal. However, its getting out of control. She will eat a few bites of table foods, then quickly squirm & squeal for her bottle. {Enough is Enough} Let's be honest here, she using the bottle as a form of soothing... She does not need to drink from her bottle every few hours, she does not need to scream in the car for her bottle each & every time we put her in her car seat, she does not need a bottle after every meal & she does not need a bottle to take every single nap. I know this, but when your child refuses to drink from a sippy cup, what do I do?! {I could really use your advice on this one}

Rambelings.

Just to fill ya'll in.

This week has been beautiful in Mid-Michigan & from what I've heard it's been beautiful all over the U.S. It's been an absolutely amazing March so far; I really hope this is a sign for an awesome Spring & Summer {& wedding day!} I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am for the warm weather with this child! She may actually be walking & talking more by June and things will really get fun! She is already having a ball outside; although the grass is a little skeptical! Oh Snap, My babe is really gonna be one in less than 3 months! This is so bittersweet, but I'm loving every minute! {Except teething...}

Bryce is back to his daily grind.mehh. However, Spring Break was a nice glimpse at what it's going to be like after he graduates in May. Having him home from work everyday by 5 is amazing! He is so close & I'm so freaking proud! He's had to work so hard for this balancing work, school and parenthood. It was not his expectations {nor was it mine} but he's great at it! He really is the hardest worker I know!

The wedding, OUR WEDDING, is in 22 days! I can't believe it's so close!
Were finalizing the seating & the songs this weekend. We also need to go get our marriage license soon! {That sounds totally werid & awesome} All-in-all were ready for this party! A celebration of Man & Wife, A celebration of our family, A celebration of unity & foreverness, A celebration with all our amazing friends & family. Heck yes, were ready to Celebrate!

Unforutally ,Bryce has a really busy work day/eveinging, so Avery & I have to keep busy today! Tomorrow were heading out of town, back to our parents for the weekend & I hope the weather follows!

Well thats just a little update, have an awesome weekend friends. I know we will!

First time this year.

Last night we took advantage of this beatuiful March weather in Michigan and went to the park after dinner! It did get a bit chilly once the sun went down, but I think some fresh air was just what baby girl needed! {Moose too}

9 Month Update| Avery

This little blonde babe had her 9month well-check this afternoon. Thankfully, no shots needed!

Weight| 20# 13.2oz (75%)

Height| 30 1/8in (97%)

4 Teeth.

Letting go & taking 3-4 steps.

She even went from the chair to the trash can in front of the Doctor today! That was 4 steps without even calling her!

Bleach blonde hair & the length is finally visable!

 This little daredevil has my nerves going crazy;

she is very aware and assertive & knows what she wants.

She needs a lot of room for exploration & freedom.

She will say 'dada' & repeat only things her Daddy tells her.

She has been eating solids at each meal for an entire week!

 So all-in-all, She's Perfect!

My last fling before the ring!

This past weekend was huge! Saturday I woke up & was instantly baby free, for the first time in 9 months I was going to go an entire 24 hours without my little sidekick.

I started the morning off with my final bridal gown fitting {fits perfectly I might add} & then my Maid of Honor & my Mom threw an awesome Bachelorette Party for me! We started off with drinks {SHOTS} & appetizers! I had so much fun opening naughty gifts from my girlfriends & then we took a limo to Ann Arbor for dinner & a night out on the town! Perfect, Simple, & just what this Momma needed, to let loose! 

Trust me, I already know... We looked HOT!!!

Seriously, Some of the BEST FRIENDS a girl could ask for!

It was an awesome night & I may or may not of been the only one to get sick, oops!

I cannot thank my MOH enough for throwing me a Bachelorette Party! She is pretty amazing & I am filled with so much joy that all of my girlfriends were able to make the haul down to Ottawa Lake to make this day so special for me! It was a day I am sure to never forget!

I really hate to drag this post on, but the next day was my Bridal Shower people!!!!

Talk about a weekend all about ME!

Bryce's Mom threw me a beautiful party! Unfortunately she was not able to enjoy it due to her being sick, but I am so THANKFUL of all her hard work! She spent days getting ready for it & it defiently showed.

It was another perfect day, filled with great friends & family!

I cannot thank everyone enough for coming & helping me celebrate this next chapter in my life. The wedding is less than 5 weeks away & i'm super anxious!

Oh & just incase you were wondering... Avery didn't give her Daddy a hard time the entire weekend! {Not a fuss or peep, so he tells me!} She was super glad to see me Sunday afternoon, but she handled the entire weekend like a little Rockstar!

Maybe I should go out more often?!
